We bought a Chrysler Pacifica, and Ken made it the best car buying experience we’ve ever had. He was straightforward about every detail, didn’t push any extras. Plus, was so refreshing not having to do a test drive or drive to an inspection with a dealer rep awkwardly sitting with you. Months later, the minivan has been a blessing to our family, and will be looking to the New Berlin Auto selection first for every purchase going forward

My car broke down and I needed something immediately. The dealer worked with me and my lender to get me a good vehicle right away. I was stranded, and the dealer even came and gave me a ride. Very friendly people. Straight and to the point. I was unable to get the payment processed, the day of, and he was still able to get me the vehicle. I had some issues receiving my security deposit, but the dealer was very kind and very professional, and made everything right. I will go here next time I need a vehicle.
